Kentucky Peer Support Specialist Continuing Education at 91��˵��

91��˵�� offers free, online, self-paced CEUs for Peer Support Specialists.

Kentucky Peer Support Specialists (PSS) are required to complete 6 hours of continuing education credits (CEU) per year.

We have 12 CEU modules to choose from. Only 3 CEU modules are required annually to maintain your certification. Each module is worth 2 CEUs.

Each module contains a lecture from one of our 91��˵�� faculty members. Watch the lecture, then pass the quiz at the end, and a personalized completion certificate will be emailed to you.

FAQ

How much does this cost?

It is free to all Kentucky peer support specialists or other helping paraprofessionals.

Who can use this as a CEU?

The modules only count as CEUs for currently licensed Kentucky peer support specialists.

How do I access the modules?

Once you register, please allow about a week for us to process your registration and enroll you into the course. We will provide course website access details after your registration.

Can I use my cell phone to take the modules?

Yes! The modules are available to access via phone, tablet, or computer.

What days and times does the course run?

The course is asynchronous, meaning there are no set class times. It is entirely self-paced.

What do I need to do to receive my certificate?

Pass the quiz at the end of the module with at least a 70%. Your certificate will be sent to the email address you provided when registering for the course.

Do you offer emailed certificates?

Yes, we can email your certificate to you.

How long will it take to receive my certificate?

Certificates are created manually, so please allow up to one month for processing.

My PSS re-certification deadline is close/has passed. Am I still able to complete CEUs to re-certify?

If you complete the CEUs before your deadline for re-certification, you can upload them after the deadline has passed and you will be able to re-certify. If your deadline has already passed and you have not completed the CEUs, you will need to retake the initial PSS certification course.
